Bringing family members requiring care
In principle (i.e. subject to accommodation availability), it is possible to bring family members requiring care to conferences; they may be accommodated either in a twin room with the participant or in a separate single room. This is subject to the condition that the person requiring care is able to remain alone in the room during conference hours. Alternatively (again, subject to availability), accommodation may be provided for an additional carer to ensure care is available during conference hours.

Unfortunately, the layout of our rooms does not allow for the installation of a professional care bed. Should such a bed be required, we are therefore unable to accommodate you at the conference venue.
