Admission

The con­fe­ren­ces orga­nis­ed by the Ger­man Jud­ges’ Aca­de­my are reser­ved for jud­ges and public pro­se­cu­tors. The con­fe­ren­ces may be ope­ned up to seni­or judi­cial staff who are not jud­ges or public pro­se­cu­tors. Local public pro­se­cu­tors may be admitted.

The Trier con­fe­rence cent­re has 40 places available and the Wustrau con­fe­rence cent­re 35. For so-called ‘small-group’ con­fe­ren­ces, 25 places can be offe­red per conference.

Jud­ges and public pro­se­cu­tors from abroad may – sub­ject to avai­la­bi­li­ty – attend con­fe­ren­ces as guests. For con­fe­ren­ces adver­ti­sed within the Euro­pean Judi­cial Trai­ning Net­work EJTN, 10 addi­tio­nal places in Trier and 5 in Wustrau are reser­ved for for­eign participants.

Regis­tra­ti­on for the con­fe­ren­ces must be made through offi­ci­al chan­nels via the fede­ral and sta­te judi­cial admi­nis­tra­ti­ons. Infor­ma­ti­on on the allo­ca­ti­on pro­ce­du­re is pro­vi­ded by the aut­ho­ri­ties respon­si­ble for fur­ther trai­ning. The Ger­man Jud­ges’ Aca­de­my can­not accept regis­tra­ti­ons itself.
