Bringing family members requiring care

In prin­ci­ple (i.e. sub­ject to accom­mo­da­ti­on avai­la­bi­li­ty), it is pos­si­ble to bring fami­ly mem­bers requi­ring care to con­fe­ren­ces; they may be accom­mo­da­ted eit­her in a twin room with the par­ti­ci­pant or in a sepa­ra­te sin­gle room. This is sub­ject to the con­di­ti­on that the per­son requi­ring care is able to remain alo­ne in the room during con­fe­rence hours. Alter­na­tively (also sub­ject to avai­la­bi­li­ty), accom­mo­da­ti­on may be pro­vi­ded for an addi­tio­nal carer to ensu­re care is available during con­fe­rence hours.

Unfort­u­na­te­ly, the lay­out of our rooms does not allow for the instal­la­ti­on of a pro­fes­sio­nal care bed. If such a bed is requi­red, accom­mo­da­ti­on at the con­fe­rence venue is the­r­e­fo­re unfort­u­na­te­ly not possible.
