The conference area and guest rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, meaning that conference participants can access the internet via their own devices as well as using the computer workstations in the reading room.
Training room facilities
There are three training rooms in the training and administration wing. Training rooms 1 and 2, which can be combined, offer space for large events with seating for up to 200 guests. During normal conference operations, the rooms can accommodate groups of up to 70 participants. Additional rooms are available for small group work and workshops. The Trier conference centre is equipped with all the technical facilities required for modern seminar operations (flipcharts, Metaplan boards, overhead projectors, video equipment, data projectors, beamers, a mobile simultaneous interpreting system, an interpreting booth, as well as laptops with internet access and a connection to the JURIS computer in Saarbrücken).
The lecture theatre building also houses a library and a reading room; here, conference guests can find a selection of regional and national daily newspapers as well as weekly journals.
