Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals

Through its “HELP” pro­gram­me for jud­ges and pro­se­cu­tors, the Coun­cil of Euro­pe offers a wide ran­ge of topics – not limi­t­ed to human rights – via both an e‑learning plat­form fea­turing num­e­rous inter­ac­ti­ve cour­ses (see cata­lo­gue; much of the lear­ning con­tent is also available in Ger­man) and face-to-face events. All cour­ses are free of charge.
