European law in administrative court practice

The conference is aimed at judges of the administrative judiciary.
The conference will deal with the basics of Union law, its systematics and interpretation. The numerous effects of Union law on administrative procedure and administrative procedural law as well as selected areas of special administrative law are discussed. Furthermore, practical questions of administrative judge work in the scope of application of Union law are dealt with. In addition, the preliminary ruling procedure for the Court of Justice of the European Union is presented. Current developments in the case law of the Court of Justice will also be discussed.
Lectures, discussions and a visit to the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg with participation in an oral hearing are planned. The conditions for containing the pandemic set by the Court of Justice are decisive here.
