International cooperation in criminal matters

The conference is aimed at public prosecutors and criminal judges.
The following topics will be covered in lectures and discussions:

• Basics of extradition and enforcement assistance as well as other legal assistance in criminal matters,
• The main focus is on the legal acts of the Council of Europe and the European Union,
• Opportunities for police legal assistance,
• Law of selected states and the European Union, insofar as this is important for international cooperation,
• Profit skimming in cases with foreign implications.

This conference is also advertised as part of the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN). It is also particularly suitable for foreign participants.
