This conference addresses judges of all jurisdictions as well as public prosecutors.
It aims to give you an overview of the various factors that may influence judicial verdicts in court procedures. The issues addressed include problems regarding the perception of witnesses and their subsequent interrogation as well as the detection of false statements. Using the example of an effective composition of speeches, the conference will convey knowledge in the fields of verbal and non-verbal communication as well as psychological rhetoric. Also an in-depth view will be provided on communication in conflict situations and the issue of how to deal with emotionally charged situations. In addition, heuristics in judgment and decision-making will be introduced.
Theoretical inputs, practical exercises and individual video feedback allow participants to analyze and optimize their own communication behavior.
