The seminar addresses criminal judges and prosecutors who have several years of experience in commercial criminal law or who have already been active in specialised prosecution departments or criminal court panels for a considerable amount of time. In addition to the pure transfer of knowledge, the participants will be given the oppotunity to discuss and exchange views.
