The conference is aimed at criminal judges and public prosecutors.
The lectures and discussions will be dealing with the following main topics:

• The structure and the functioning of the Internet including investigative measures to prosecute crimes committed with modern means of communication
• An overview of different types of undercover investigations in the field of telecommunications and their practical implementation
• Criminal procedural legal issues in connection with undercover investigations in the field of telecommunications (wiretapping; access to long-time records of phone calls; recording of inventory data; access to external data storage devices; investigation in social networks; questions of exclusion of evidence).
