There is almost no other area of the law that is subject to such rapid, far-reaching changes as employment and labour law.
The aim of this conference is to ensure, through a variety of lectures, that participants from labour courts are always up-to-date with what is happening. The speakers have both theoretical and practical backgrounds. The inclusion, in the speakers’ group, of a high proportion of judges from the Federal Labour Court, but also of judges from instance courts, guarantees that the latest trends are covered, whilst discussions with representatives from colleges and universities will allow networking within the legal system as a whole.
