Online seminar - The innovations due to the reform of guardianship law

The online seminar is aimed at judges who work in a family law department or will soon take over such a department.
The reform of guardianship law provides for a comprehensive restructuring of guardianship law and will come into force on 1 January 2023. The content of the event is to explain the key points of the innovations of the reform to the judges.
The focus will be on the following innovations:

• the merging of guardianships into an overall system
• the introduction of the instrument of a temporary guardian
• the possibility of appointing an additional carer for voluntary guardianships
• the possibility of transferring custody matters to the guardian.
