The conference is aimed at judges of family courts already having knowledge of family law.
It is intended to intensify and update already existing knowledge and focuses on current matters of maintenance law, pension rights’ adjustment, child custody and visitation rights, as well as current jurisdiction and problems in family law, i.a. requirements for family psychological reports.
