Health and Physical Activity in the Everyday Life of the Judiciary – Strategies to Increase Physical and Mental Fitness (Basis Seminar)

The conference is aimed at judges from all jurisdictions as well as public prosecutors who want to improve their physical and mental well-being and, in particular, at employees who are already familiar with the topic of health management and who could possibly act as multipliers after participating .
The aim of the seminar is to provide the participants with in-depth knowledge of physical and mental processes, which occur as a useful result of light endurance training and physical exercise. The seminar is intended to provide suggestions and impetus for a healthier lifestyle and workstyle. The embedding of such and other initiatives in concepts of workplace health promotion is another focus of the program and should give the participants suggestions for concrete implementation in their offices.
The seminar does not pursue the goal of optimising the training of performance-orientated athletes.
The main topics will be:
  • Workplace health promotion – models, framework conditions, activities and offers
  • Health circles - needs assessment
  • Healthy leadership
  • Information on the relationship between health - lifestyle - performance
  • Fitness test (also suitable for non-athletes)
  • Strengthening, stretching and relaxation exercises as well as light endurance training
  • Movement techniques
  • Dietary tips
  • Stress management.
