The conference is aimed at judges of civil courts and at probate judges.
Never before has so much property been passed on by inheritance. The greater the estate, the more disputes there are, which is why there is an increasing amount of inheritance recovery actions in civil court practise. The conference will shed light on some particular and current issues of law of succession. Planned topics are among others:

• Interpretation and contesting of testaments (last wills)
• Legacy law
• Right to a compulsory portion
• International private law – focus on law of succession
• Statutory portion law
• Statutory portion law proceedings
• Testacy – medical diagnosis.
