The conference is aimed at judges from all jurisdictions, public prosecutors and public attorneys who have already attended a basic conference on communication. The event is therefore equally suitable for young professionals and colleagues with many years of experience.
In the group, the communicative situations are collected, which are to be dealt with in a more prepared and secure manner in the future. The view initially refers to one's own communication and negotiation patterns, which are experienced and exchanged in partner and small group exercises, among other things.

Alternating between presentations, individual, partner and group exercises, including role-playing games, all participants have ample opportunity to try out the techniques they have developed and to practice new things with their colleagues. The aim is that everyone can find out and choose for themselves which approach and which technique could be suitable and useful for their communicative needs and professional negotiation situations. Overall, the willingness to actively participate in discussion exercises, group work and role-playing is required.
