This seminar is part of the German Judicial Academy’s concept for a modular continuing education program for executive personnel. The seminar is aimed primarily at prospective executive personnel and at people interested in issues related to executive positions.
Lectures and discussions will offer an introduction to the following areas:

• staff evaluations as a leadership tool
• basic principles of budgeting and procurement
• basic principles of cost accounting
• conducting annual interviews and staff appraisals successfully
• dealing with the press
• health as management responsibility
• running IT-projects in the judiciary
