Online conference - Conducting courtroom conversations in a virtual context

The conference is aimed at judges who are connected online to individual participants in the court proceedings.
On the one hand, the conference aims to teach how to use the camera. This includes the "paradox of eye contact" and aspects of harmony theory in order to establish contact quickly. How should the camera be adjusted? How do you speak in front of the camera? Where do you position yourself in front of the camera? Where and how do you position yourself in front of the camera? How can even small movements have a big effect? How do I shape a conversation in the virtual format?
On the other hand, how to conduct a conversation in the court hearing, both with the online participants and with the other participants present in the courtroom. How do I manage the court hearing? How can I convey empathy? How can I set boundaries?
Through input, as well as practical exercises and training, participants will be given assistance in mastering these new challenges.
