The conference is aimed at administrative judges of all instances and deals mainly with questions of substantive law, but also selected procedural law issues.
Individual problems of the inner-city area as well as the outer area will be discussed, taking into account the current case law of the Federal Administrative Court.
On the last day, a trip to BER airport will also be scheduled for a technical meeting on the specific challenges of public works law during the planning and construction phase of the BER.
