This seminar is aimed at judges from all courts and public prosecutors.
The ability to persuade listeners with good arguments and a coherent presentation plays a major role in all legal professions. The seminar offers practical exercises and specific training in the various skills that distinguish good speakers. Along with voice, body language, and a convincing presentation, it focuses on communicating with the audience, phrasing, and argumentation.
The seminar consists of plenary and workshop sessions. One workshop looks at the non-verbal aspects of communication, such as body language, voice, facial expressions, gestures, and presence. A second workshop deals with phrasing, structuring, and argumentation. The seminar is organized in such a way that each participant will be able to participate in both workshops. Active participation in the practical exercises is required of all participants.
Participants should bring a robe for the practical exercises.
