This conference is part of the advanced training concept for executive personnel devised by the German Judicial Academy. The target group includes both inexperienced and experienced executives as well as persons from the senior judicial service interested in management issues.
The conference aims to introduce and discuss central topics regarding human resources development and modern management tools. The focus will be on the theoretical and practical transfer of the relevant knowledge and skills as well as the exchange of experience and opinions across federal states.
Special emphasis will be placed on the following subjects:

• Employee motivation in practice
• Appraisal interviews in practice
• Systematic human resources development
• Supervision
• Health management as an executive function
• Assessment and selection decisions.
