The conference is aimed at judges from all jurisdictions as well as public prosecutors. The aim is to convey concrete behavior and action strategies in dealing with different dangerous situations and levels as well as types of undesirable behavior and aggressors. The range of situations focused on during the training ranges from socially inappropriate behavior to insults, threats of violence and stalking to physical harm or hostage-taking.
An essential component is also the teaching of the necessary psychological basics for understanding human aggression and escalation of violence.
In addition, dealing with difficult parties and situations as well as the sovereign use of regulatory means in court proceedings is examined from the point of view of the court administration.
The conference will be rounded off by practical exercises, including with relevant experienced trainers from judicial practice.
The conference participants are invited to bring in concrete cases from their judicial and public prosecution experience.
