Insolvency law and restructuring law for beginners - digital conference

The one-week digital conference is aimed at judges who are changing in insolvency law or restructuring law.
According to § 22 VI GVG, judges in insolvency and restructuring matters should have verifiable knowledge in the areas of insolvency law, restructuring law, commercial and company law as well as basic knowledge of the parts of labor, social and - and tax law and accounting. A judge whose knowledge in these areas is not proven may only be assigned the duties of an insolvency or restructuring judge if the acquisition of the knowledge can be expected in the near future.
This knowledge required by law is to be conveyed with this digital conference. Participation is recommended promptly when taking over a department with insolvency or restructuring matters.
Lectures by lecturers from various disciplines are planned.
