This conference addresses civil judges who are concerned with building procedures, while not specialized, and have already gained a certain degree of professional experience.
In due consideration of current developments, lectures and discussions are scheduled to deal with the following subjects:

•  Claims from hindrance or construction delay asserted by those involved in the building process
•  Compensation and supplements regarding the building contract
•  Acceptance and warranty
•  Selected issues regarding construction procedures
•  Performance obligation and liability of the architect
•  Law regarding the remuneration of architects
•  Typical mistakes in the planning and construction of buildings seen from an expert’s perspective.
