The conference is aimed at judges of all courts with the exception of financial courts and also public prosecutors dealing with tax issues.
The conference gives the participants an overview on those fields of tax law, which are most relevant in practice. The seminar introduces the Tax Code (‘Abgabenordnung’) and deals subsequently with income tax law. In addition, the meeting will offer basic knowledge concerning questions of accounting, tax accounting law and balance sheet analysis.
