This conference addresses judges of all jurisdictions as well as public prosecutors.
Participants will be familiarized with general techniques of communication, conversation and rhetoric. This is to be achieved with role plays and video recordings in small groups necessitating active participation. Also this conference will focus on specific issues regarding lawyers’ rhetoric, the conduction of court cases, fact finding, and interpersonal communication in the court room.
