This seminar adresses family court judges who are new to this area of law.

• equalisation of accrued gains – basic guidelines
• matters regarding protection against violence – basic guidelines
• support for relatives, especially child support, parental support and grandchild support, as well as § 1615 I BGB
• spousal support
• pension rights adjustment
• introduction to parental custody law and right of access
