Introduction to Residential Property Law

The conference is aimed at judges at civil courts, who have recently undertaken a department dealing with residential property law.
Planned topics are – always taking current developments into account – among others:

• Billing and cost distribution
• Building maintenance and structural changes
• Rules of use concerning individually-held and common-held property
• Legal capacity of the condominium community and its consequences, § 10 VI-VIII WEG
• Administrator, § 27 WEG
• Judicial procedures, especially concerning housing assistance
• Current jurisdiction of the Federal Supreme Court (BGH) in residential property law.
