The seminar is aimed at judges of all courts and at public prosecutors.
Thinking and working in a professional atmosphere are determined by various personal characteristics from ones personal background and the interrelations in the professional environment. Not only individual experiences at work and at home, but also adaptation to the judicial institutions express themselves in court procedures and affect the proceedings up to evidence assessment and decision-making. In order to be unbiased and inwardly independent, you have to become aware of this and take it into account. The seminar wants you to perceive yourself better, and to confront the image you have of yourself to that of the image others have of you. Furthermore, we will discuss the consequences of professional influence and strains for your own development and your own behaviour. The conditions and consequences of professional actions will be laid out in short lectures and subsequently you will be able to experience them and yourself intensively in relaxed group exercises, role playing etc.
This seminar especially appeals to those who have already taken part in communication-related seminars with self-experience and physical body experience or are open to this. A precondition for all participants is the willingness to get involved in group-dynamic processes and to participate in self-experience exercises.
