Advanced Mediation: Special topics and case supervision for experienced mediators

The conference is aimed at practicing conciliation judges and mediators from all jurisdictions.
It offers a mixture of inductive and deductive training. Special mediation topics are alternately dealt with and case supervision is offered. The willingness to participate in role-playing games is required.
The following special topics are dealt with, among others:

• Nonviolent Communication
• Intercultural mediation / ethnic differences in conflict behavior and negotiations
• Clarification help
• Dealing productively with emotions.

As part of the case supervision, professional case constellations are analyzed under the direction of a supervisor with the help of different methods and examined from different perspectives. The participants should reflect and process their tasks, actions and experiences as judges, i.e. recognize, understand and learn from the specific case.
