The conference is aimed at judges from all jurisdictions as well as public prosecutors.
The conference shows the difficulties in establishing a constitutional judiciary in the period after 1945 and compares the development of the judicial systems in the FRG and the GDR.
Lectures, discussions and film screenings are planned.

This conference is also advertised as part of the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN). It is also particularly suitable for foreign participants.
