Not only judges and public prosecutors are repeatedly exposed to personally stressful and interpersonally demanding situations in their professional work. These can occur, for example, when dealing with parties and lawyers, when dealing with extremely complex and time-consuming proceedings or in daily interaction with employees and colleagues. Also for executives there are professional situations that require far more than the legal tools from education and that can push them to their limits despite the increasing professional experience over the years.
Supervision supports dealing with such situations through a clear, structured process for professional reflection. It allows the participants to recognize other perspectives for stressful processes. Together in the group, a collegial, supportive look at the challenging situation is taken in a confidential setting according to a specified procedure. New solutions are being developed that reduce or even eliminate the burden.
This conference is aimed specifically at court presidents, court directors, senior public prosecutors and their respective representatives such as other executives in the judiciary who are interested in

• receiving constructive feedback on their own procedures from the other participants in the group,
• recognizing and questioning their own hypotheses,
• exploring scope for action,
