This conference addresses criminal judges and public prosecutors responsible for cases involving economic offences.
Speeches and discussions will focus on subjects from various areas of commercial criminal law – including current real-world examples – as well as general issues regarding the cooperation between investigating authorities in the fight against white-collar crime and general problems associated with the implementation of criminal proceedings involving white-collar crime.
