Current issues in numerus clausus proceedings in administrative courts

The conference is aimed at administrative judges who are entrusted with numerus clausus proceedings, especially NC beginners. In addition to the pure transfer of knowledge, the participants should be given the opportunity to discuss and exchange opinions. The focal points of the conference are:

• Creation and explanation of a capacity report, calculation key date, calculation key date on the example of the psychology major
• Examination of the capacity calculation by the administrative court under practical application
• Organization of the NC mass procedures
• Distribution of non-capacity study places according to award criteria/lottery procedure
• Procedural questions on internal capacity applications, auxiliary requests, legal aid, settlements, etc.
• Bachelor's/Master's degrees
• Particular problems of capacity law such as reduced loads, teaching loads, limited special capacities
• Dialogue-oriented procedure
