The seminar addresses both judges working in criminal courts and prosecutors.
Secondary areas are not often essential parts in the education. Nevertheless, in practice deeper knowledge is required in handling corresponding cases. Insecurities do not occur rarely.
The activity wants to convey an overview about the most important secondary areas of criminal law and serve to deepen legal knowledge.
Planned topics are i.a.:

• weapons law
• narcotics law
• traffic offences.
